tim

Tim has been a Virginia native most of his life.  He received his B.S. in Government from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.  He then traveled the country with a Christian drama company for a year.  Through the influences of L’Abri Fellowship and Francis Schaeffer he ended up at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO, where he received his Master of Divinity.  During that time he interned at the Francis A. Schaeffer Institute and at Grace and Peace Fellowship (PCA).  Tim began his work with Peace’s College and Career group in July of 2006.

New to the local sports rivalries, he has yet to choose sides.  But he does enjoy good reading (Annie Dillard and Wendell Barry are standards), good music (everything from J. S. Bach to Johnny Cash, Sufjan Stevens to Starflyer 59), and good discussion-worthy films (Whale Rider, Waking Life, and Wit come to mind).

Shannon grew up attending Peace Church with her family and graduated from nearby Apex High School. Upon graduation, Shannon felt the Lord's call on her life to be in full-time ministry.
